Our Commitment to Our Clients During the Covid-19 Crisis

At Reisterstown Pet Resort & Spa, we have always been committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in which you, and your pets can receive services while feeling comfortable and secure. Our community, our people, and our pets are what is most important to us, and both your safety and your pets well-being remain our number one priority as we deal with the threat of COVID-19.

As part of that commitment, we want you to be aware of certain actions and procedures we are implementing during this time.

  • Our facility has been thoroughly sanitized, and we will continue to ensure that we take proper measures to minimize any potential risk.
  • If you are sick, or simply prefer to remain in your car, we are happy to provide curbside assistance! We will meet you at your vehicle to pick up your pet for their appointment or daycare. All services can be paid via phone prior to pick up, or we can bring our credit card machines out to you.

Please be aware that our pets cannot carry the virus–you are not at risk by being in contact with yours or anyone else's animals.

We are dedicated to providing you and your companions the very best in care, and we will continue to fulfill that promise to you regardless of external events. While we cannot be certain of how long the virus will cause disruption, or to what extent it may spread, we are certain that we will all get through this together, as a community.
