Customer Appreciation

RBK would like to take this post to thank all of your customers and guests of both our Resort and Spa. We always try to make sure that our customers and guests feel appreciated and that they are aware how thankful we are for their (your) continued patronage. While we are proud to provide the level and quality of services that we do we also understand that our customers (and guests) have various options to choose from in regard to their Pet Resort and Spa needs.

We are currently in the process of implementing various methods to not only show our appreciation even more but to also make each customer and guest’s experience even better. These changes are planned to be seamless and will only enhance your existing experiences with us. While more information will be provided as we get closer to the launch dates almost everything will be actively in use starting January 2nd of 2013. We don’t want to ruin any surprises so we are going to remain tight lipped (but with a smile of course!) until each announcement 🙂
